*UPDATE* In regards to the maintenance closing out the request for my closet flooding is their way of saying "well, it's not an open so oh well." That was my mistake of trusting the maintenance people or the office to actually handle an apartment flooding when it rains. They'll lie, cheat and take 0 responsibility for their actions. Cali should be ashamed of herself for even being a "manager." This company has no morals or values. Definitely not worth the price you pay. Rent is very high, on top of that the fees they charge you makes the rent go up. 40 dollars for trash that's constantly over flowing. Electricity is high in rockwall to begin with. So many issues with our unit. Not only that, people above you have no respect for you. Dogs peeing over the balcony, others flicking cigarettes. Both happened on my two toddlers. Our closet would flood when it rained. Never was fixed. Just get told what you want to hear and never resolved any of it Electrical issues in the kitchen, was told its my appliances. My oven went out, went 4 weeks without one. Randy the maintenance guy was awesome, ended up taking the stove from the show unit and brought it to me. He's one of the only good things this complex had. The list goes on. Valet trash is a joke and you can't opt out of it. This whole complex needs to be coded for the problems. Pool would be closed several times during the summer. Find somewhere else go live. It's just not worth it. We broke our lease because of all the issues and never getting anywhere with management. We have so many pictures and video of all the issues.

OMG save yourself the $260 non-refundable application fee. This places seemed amazing at first but now it feels like a total scam. I was waiting 8 days for a "background check". Horrible experience. The office says it's all out of their hands. Poor communication and they are under new management. They could not guarantee if/when I would have my washer and dryer that I was renting through them. Manager would not call me back directly. Etc etc. Very quick to take my money though. I decided to call off the lease and sign somewhere else. Too many red flags. DONT MOVE IN HERE>

Office and maintenance are great however, the recent bisness that bought the company made us use a 3rd party website for payments and that 3rd party website collects user and bank account information including your transactions and balances which no company like that should ever have access to and it wlill not let u opt out so I had to make a 2nd bank account just to pay so I can have privacy
