Jordan was so kind and honest and professional. Even as a first-time customer (without priority status as a loyal customer), he came out the same day and stayed until well-over hours (after 10 pm) after hes already had a long, hot day himself in heat indexes over 120. Thank you Jordan for diagnosing the problem quickly, working quietly around my resting children, explaining the issue and your services, driving an additional hour out of the way to pick up a part, and then working late into the evening to keep us in our home that night.
