WOW! Absolutely amazing boudin. The best boudin I have had in 60 years! I have eaten every boudin imaginable and all over LA. From some places that are supposed to be the best in the world. But they are no comparison to what Brian makes. Oyster Po-Boy was delicious. Oysters were perfectly fried and not overdone. Shrimp basket was excellent. I made it a point to walk back over and give my compliments - and pick up another link of Boudin! I will see you again later this week! Keep up the great work.
