        My appointment was for noon they didnt show up in till 12:40. They opened my broken gun safe in just under an hour and then charged me $550. Unbelievable! Me and my wife were shocked at the price. The two stars are for the late arrival and the unreasonable price. Make sure you get a quote. Dont depend on people to have fair pricing.

        With no appointment, Scotty made an early time available after an all nighter! We bought GulfBreeze Boat & RV Storage and needed locks changed ASAP. Efficient, organized and streamlined! We will always use Scottys. Top notch.

      Hi, I’m sorry you felt we did not meet your expectations.With Service Calls we cannot guarantee an exact time of arrival due to the jobs ahead of you. We did text when headed your way.As for cost, you may recall there is a lot of specialty equipment for safe openings along with knowledge, training & experience needed to most efficiently open your safe.In your case we were hampered by the handle being forced and broken which complicated the job.We strive to do our best as professionals and will continue to do so going forward.
