Booked a day with Monte a couple of months in advance after a coworker highly recommended his guide service. It was not the best of conditions but Monte still put us on some fish. Very personable and works hard for a successful trip. Nice riding boat even in some rough water with plenty of room. My wife and I had a great time and will be calling Monte again when we are in the area.

This guy is on time, good comminicator, good teacher, patient and flat out puts you on fish. Best guide experience I have had. Will definitely use his service again. (2/11/2022)

I have hired Monte 5 times over the past three years. We come down from northern Minnesota for January and February each year. Monte has never let us down. Lots of nice fish every trip. Redfish, black drum, sheepshead and speckled trout. He is very experienced and enjoyable to fish with. He has the South Texas charm. Great boat and tackle. I highly recommend Monte!
