I highly recommend without reservation Ocean Glory Homes to anyone interested in buying one of their spec homes, and to anyone who wants to design and build a custom home. My home was completed about six months ago. I worked with Reza and his design team to have OGH design and build a custom home. I have had several custom homes built over the years and I can honestly state that the home Ocean Glory Homes built is the best ever. Reza, Charlie, and Kassandra were a joy to work with through the entire process. They were responsive, friendly, honest, and professional. They always went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy.

If you are looking for a coastal home builder, sincerely look no further. Ocean Glory is a choice we are so glad we made! I have been dreaming of our forever home for years and the idea of going custom was made easy by Reza, Kassandra, and Charlie! We wanted a stilted home being on the water with a massive back deck. Our style was industrial modern with warm wood accents and coastal nods throughout. From my idea of combining my dinning and kitchen with a banquet bench on the front of my island to a climate control room on the ground floor that my husband has claimed as a man cave, we have everything we have ever wanted in a home. Thanks so much to this team for everything and would highly recommend!

Words cannot express how grateful we are to the entire team at Ocean Glory for the care, attention, and perfection they put into our custom home in Rockport. From a customer service standpoint, starting at the very beginning, Reza and Kassandra spared no attention to detail; from reviewing our architectural plans with us multiple times, to helping us navigate the overwhelming number of choices that needed to be made throughout the custom build process. They were always responsive, kind, and professional. From a pure numbers standpoint, Ocean Glory did the UNTHINKABLE when it comes to contractors. THEY MET THE BUDGET AND TIME ESTIMATES. I think this statement could stand alone as a remarkable five star review. In the beginning, Reza very clearly explained the build process, as well as the quality tiers we could consider and the budgets required for each. Having never built a home before, he addressed all of our concerns and fears and put us at ease. We were confident that we could trust his word. Before the build started, he asked all the right questions and did a great job understanding my expectations. During the 6 months of the build, the site foreman Charlie and the entire team poured their hard work and hearts into an extraordinarily high quality project. We literally cannot find anything wrong with this house! By the end of the process, we have a home that literally takes our breath away when we walk through the front door. I wish I could give Ocean Glory Homes more than 5 Stars. This was a huge investment and an even bigger leap of faith for us, and Ocean Glory made the Dream Come True!

Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Ocean Glory Homes. This was our first-time build, but knew the area well, having purchased our lot many years prior. We interviewed many builders before we found Reza. From our very first conversation with him it became apparent how much he cared about the quality and craftsmanship of his homes. It also didnt hurt that our first meeting was in one of his current builds, an exquisite home that sealed the deal for us, as we saw first hand, the care and attention he brought to the build. We also had to handle this build remotely. This could have been a very stressful and daunting experience; it wasnt. Reza, Charlie and Kassandra were with us every step of the way. They helped with the myriad decisions required, guiding, recommending and bringing welcomed design aesthetics to our home build. Any issues that occurred during the build were minor in nature, and handled quickly and professionally; another testament to this tenured, experienced, professional team. This is our forever home and turned out better than we could have possibly imagined.

Moved to Rockport about a year ago. Looked at buying an existing home but couldn't find what we wanted and didn't want to settle. After extensive research I decided to have Ocean Glory Homes build my house. I cannot thank Reza, Charlie and Kasandra enough. Together this team did an amazing job. Their team makes it very easy during the build process and the quality of work on my house was exceeded my expectations. They are true experts, professional and take pride in their work! If there was anything in question Reza, Charlie and Kasandra helped answer and work through everything. House was built in a timely manner. There is no doubt I would have Reza and his team build another home for my family. I cannot put all words in a single review. I highly recommend Ocean Glory Homes!!!!
