        Of the many times we have had to have a roof replaced no one has left the area as clean and undamaged as Palafox! They communicated well and did things when they said they would. We had a good experience and would use them again.

        Jair and everyone at Palafox were wonderful to work with. Jair was at our home in under 2 hours from the time we called. He spent hours working with our family insurance company on our behalf and took care of all the paper work. We were given several options and never felt pressured. The roof installation was fast and easy. The work crew was very professional, tidy and caring. I have never witnessed construction workers cleanup after themselves like these guys did! I was told this is a family business and it clearly shows. I highly recommend Palafox and Jair.

        Getting your roof repaired, or replaced, can quickly become a stressful and immensely overwhelming experience. However, Palafox Roofing Systems a game changer. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality customer service and workmanship. Mr. Palafox, Joe (project manager), and the rest of the Palafox team, are amazing. Mr. Palafox took the time to answer my questions and explain the process. He also made sure that I was always aware and comfortable with next steps. Mr. Palafox is very open and transparent. Joe and his work team were also great. They were punctual and took the time to explain what their workday would consist of. At the end of the project, the team made sure to thoroughly clean up the area around my home. Joe walked me through what was done and shared images of before and after. Everyone at Palafox provided me with a great experience! Thank you.
