Rush Plumbing and Rooter

Called during the weekend because we had a flood & leak from the freeze. The guy who answered stated a plumber would call me when availableNEVER received a call back. Its Tuesday and still waiting. I didnt even have to call to cancel because Im sure he never even took the message. Either way, called another plumbing company out to help and they were here within the hour the very day it happened. Thanks for nothing.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!Our water pipes froze. I called the property managment and they sent out Felipe with Rush. He poked around the yard a little, in 11 degree weather, and could not find anything. He said that he had an idea and that he would be back. He came back and told me to let him know if the water came back on. He was outside for at least 45 minutes (again, its 11 degrees). Finally the water came back on!! He was able to find and repair the frozen part. Felipe is truly a God send. He could have cut the main and told us to wait until it thawed, but he did not. He is a professional that went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure we were okay. Definitely recommend!!

Mr. Bill, Jamie, Phil & the rest of their crew, sorry I didn't catch everyone's name was just simply awesome! They came out to fix the leaks & took care of everything! Had a main waterline leak problem. Rush fixed the leak, but I had to call them back to clean up the trash they left behind including the tree they cut down to fix the leak. Also, damaged one of the planks on my fence and the gutter when they cut down the tree.
