        I emailed Zach on 7/7/23 at 8:00am to cancel my policy with no response. Followed up on 7/8/23, with no response. I called his office on 7/10/23 to cancel and asked for confirmation of the cancellation - they did NOT cancel my policy and I received NO confirmation of cancellation. I ended up having to spend over 30 minutes with 2 different call center people to cancel the policy. If this is how Zach handles a cancellation, I'd hate to see how he handles a claim. Absolutely awful service.

        Coolest looking insurance office ever! Zach and his wonderful staff were just as cool. No pressure, very laid-back, and knew a hell of a lot about insurance. Beautiful associate was very helpful too. (I'm a guy, yes, but she really was.) Thanks to both of you for everything and see you next week!
