Im a Realtor and we needed a structural engineer report on a MH to be able to close on a property. Eventhough the property is a few hours away, Sharon Henderson responded to our request IMMEDIATELY and got us a report that SAME DAY! We were in a rush and they took care of us!! I contacted the company by email to have a mobile home's foundation updated to meet FHA/VA loan requirements and to have man-way doors installed. They responded almost immediately with an appointment for a free estimate and were able to return within a few days to complete the work. The customer service has been outstanding!
