Terrible experience with this lawyer! He does fraud with money. A judge appointed her as my children's attorney in my divorce. I paid him for his work of being able to see them, talk to them and to visit our houses because that's what the judge supposedly told him to do and the only time he looked at them was on the very day of court for about 30 minutes each and that because I was talking to him for many days to get him to do it. We had court and they told him that he had to visit the homes and he never did even though I told him that the children had had an incident at their father's house. I gave him videos where the children were initially at risk at their dad's house when they visited him and he didn't even do anything. I finished the divorce case by mutual agreement with my ex-partner and I talked to her to return the money and she didn't want to return anything because she made calls and reviewed documents! I told his assistant that I wanted a statement of everything he did in the case because logically I know that he did nothing and now he is not answering the calls. If he didn't worry about the safety of some children who were in danger, I doubt he would worry about other cases. The fact was that we had joint custody and I was fighting for full custody. Thank God I got her by mutual agreement because she didn't even show up that court day, because apparently she didn't know.
