Used the telemedicine services through the convenient care clinic and it was so user friendly. Awesome they could accommodate me same day without any issues. Provider took the time to listen.

I have been Dr Co-May Pasdar Shirazis patient for the last three years. We used to go to the Sugarland location. We were very happy when this new location in Richmond as it was nearer and Dr CoMay moved to this location. She was away on leave and Lisa Patel, PA attended. We patiently waited for Dr Pasdar to be back. When she returned, it was difficult to get her appointment and mostly the PA would attend. Last month we received a letter informing us that Dr Pasdar is leaving and the only option left to stay at this location to change my PCP to this new freshly graduated Doctor, Alexandria Roden. I wanted to stay with this location so thought to have my annual physical done with Dr Roden. The system was down that day and the entire staff couldnt access any information of ours. Waiting time was around 2 hours. Dr had no clue of my medical history. She didnt even ask about Mammograms, Pap smears, vaccinations or any of the preventive check ups. The staff said system might be down for another week. They provided hand written prescriptions as they couldnt send them over to pharmacy again due to system down. It was quite chaotic and disappointing.

I have been taking my baby girl since she was born to Dr.Co-may and shes wonderful along with her Physician Lisa who I absolutely love and so does my daughter. But after they moved to this location the front desk staff that are there to answer the calls and set appointments and help with any question we might have are USELESS. they never answer a call. My appointment was cancelled by one of them without even running it by me. They had to squeeze us in, but first they wanted to push the appointment to another month. All because this person canceled my appointment. I am honestly so close to switching my child to a different clinic. Im going at about a weeks time trying to reach them and I have not been successful.
The only reason I have not switched her has been because of Lisa Patel shes amazing. Again the problem is the people that are supposed to answer the calls and help us that are USELESS. Do better. Do your job. ANSWER THE DARN PHONES
