I'm very disappointed in the run around I am having from store to store I was visiting family in Michigan and before I left to return home I wanted to get my air checked on my tires so I went to the local store in Traverse City and the employee recommended a warranty check on my 2 front tires but unfortunately they didn't have any in stock and they are the only discount tire in town but he said he would give me the warranty quote and even call my local store in Richmond Texas to check if they would take care of me . I made a online appointment the following Tuesday (today) but when I arrived the manager and employee would not honor the warranty because they claim it was natural wear and tear I just don't understand why it would be different from store to store when the quote was in my profile and was told to me it would be honored. I have always bought at discount tire for 30 plus years but this really upset me. Guess I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in the service . I was embarrassed in front of other customers by the tone of the managers voice it was obvious he was trying to speak loudly for others to hear. Very unprofessional.

Went in for a tire repair. Made reservation for 8:00 AM and despite the place being packed, had my vehicle started on by 8:05. Service quick and efficient, and I was done by 8:25. No charge for the repair, even though I did not buy the tires there. You can bet I will be back when I need new tires.
