TERRIBLE customer service & VERY arrogant - don't bother renting here, plenty of choices out there. We've had a vehicle in another location with an on site manager in covered parking for over 10 years, and the ONLY reason we called this place was location convenience. The owner quizzed us about why we wanted there, what were we doing with the vehicle, why were we moving it, and even went so far as to DRIVE to our current storage location and INSPECT it visually to see if it was "PRETTY enough to be on their lot." I'm not joking. The woman said in explanation "I'm pretty picky." Seriously?? For an uncovered parking space? And to go so far as to drive a distance to look at our vehicle without telling us borders on STALKING behavior. I've never been so shocked to be refused a parking space because the vehicle "wouldn't look good enough to be on our lot." It's a '97 32' Class A Southwind with low mileage and and I'm quite happy to take my money elsewhere for such snobbery. They couldn't pay me to move it there. I do not advise giving any $$ support to these dysfunctional people. You will be treated badly. I thought the reviews looked good, so we called... read this one before you pay a dime.
