        I bought unit on auction than cleaned it out. Two days later manager reported I didn't show up. So poor service.... Avoid!

        I had originally rated this place 5 stars without a review. Now since they increased prices to a staggering $183 I believe it's time to look elsewhere for storage. That is way too much to pay for something I was paying less around 3 years ago. The storage itself was great just not the price for it. Sorry Public Storage we are going elsewhere.

        We rented our unit online last week and when we got there with the truck loaded and ready to unload the gate code wouldnt work. We couldnt get hold of anyone to help us out. They didnt call us back even though we left a voicemail we had to call them back. So finally on Monday when we finally got hold of someone I asked if we would get refunded for the days we couldnt access our unit and was told most likely not. Now second weekend in a row were trying to get into the facility and the gate wont open. It looks like they just switched from simply self storage to Public Storage. This is getting ridiculous.

      Our priority is to keep our customers safe! By utilizing no-contact rentals, our customers can rent units, sign leases, and process payments without person-to-person contact. All paperwork can be completed via email.In addition, facilities are taking extra precautions to support social distancing and safety guidelines administered by the CDC. Storage facility offices will be open with a number of safety enhancements including: plexiglass shields, a new office layout that supports social distancing, protective supplies provided for our employees to wear such as masks and gloves, and ample sanitizers and cleaners for sanitization.
