DO NOT GO to this place to get an oil change you'll end up needing a new tire also. They are dubious folks. I went in there with all good tires( I checked upon going in bcus I had a preplanned trip and I was going to ask them to check pressure even though it all looked good) After 45 mins, they told me my back tire was low due to a nail. It was not low when I arrived. It took them 45mins just to tell me this. Also, they are not good with german cars. He told me he couldnt open my oil cap and it might break in the process but wanted me to know if they break it, I'll have to be responsible. Just imagine the insolence. Waste of time. Horrible service. Dishonest folks.

I always have problem with this Firestone location. My front passenger side tire got flat. Not repairable and should be replaced. I asked them to install the new tire in the back. But they installed it in the front and telling they are dealing with lot of customers and cannot remember everything. Such an irresponsible answer. Firestone is not doing a free service they are getting hell lot of money and such answers are unacceptable. This is not the first time I have such issues in this Firestone location. I will not recommend this location.
