Came in today. A female worker who was nice, but never changed her gloves. She was touching everything, then picking up people's food and finishing up sandwiches. She walked to the back who knows what she was picking up? Need to practice sanitary measures. Change your gloves often. Don't touch people's food until you change your gloves.

Wow! What a difference a year or two makes. The place started off nice and with good sandwiches. This last visit, though, was everything a restaurant and employees shouldn't be. Received a cheesesteak that tasted like the meat had gone bad. Asked to exchange it for something else. Was asked to pay for the replacement. Asked again for an even exchange. Was flat out told no, we don't do that. The employees had no life in them and maybe said ten words to me the entire time. They clearly don't care to be there much less about food or customers. Contacted customer service via their page over two weeks ago; no response. Go somewhere else for better quality of food and service.

SOOOOOO GOOD! The employees were so sweet too. I love this company so much! They use such fresh ingredients and Im always so happy going here.
