        Spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru line for an order of medium tator tots watched as they handed out food to the cars behind me. In my mind this process takes up to 5 minutes if its super busy - not 15 minutes when the store is dead.

        The person at the drive thru window was rude. I placed an app order. He came out and asked why I didnt order at the window. I told him I tried to check in the drive thru but he didnt answer. I explained that I placed an app order. And he replied, well you can wait and he walked away. The comment was rude to say and unnecessary. I waited in the drive-through, received my order and asked to speak with a manager. He was wearing a manager tag. He said shes not here so the I asked for him his name and he said that I could not have his name. Since he refused to give me a way to identify him to report his poor customer service, Im attaching his picture.
