Hi there Nicole,I’m sorry to hear you’re dissatisfied with your products and or treatment. According to correspondence and consultation/appointment notes, more than adequate time was taken to devise a treatment plan including home care, and that this particular set of skin issues would be a process and patience would be needed. I can also assure you that the 2 treatments and products you ordered are not only safe for all skin types, but it’s part of my business model since day 1 that I don’t carry any modalities (with the exception of a couple of laser treatments) or products in my clinic that aren’t catered to ALL skin types.Appointment records also indicate that your received a 25-30 min application process to assure your comfortability, when it’s normally a 10-15 min process for those who may be more familiar with advanced treatments and the process, and that’s not including the 15 minutes we spent going over the post care insert from the post care take home kit. With that being said, Please don’t ever feel uncomfortable asking for more time during your appointments to ensure you’re 100% confident in the understanding of the treatment process and post care. I also have no record of contact at any time with questions or concerns about the treatment or products after the treatment, just a couple of requests from you for additional product delivery dates. As my clients have direct access to me 24/7 for 2-4 weeks post advanced treatment, and anytime during regular business hours, I wish you would have reached out with your concerns so we could have come to a resolution to get you back on track to your goals sooner, and to make you feel more confident in the treatment plan we had set forth. If you’re open to it, I’d very much like to have you come in and talk through your concerns, and find a resolution that you feel is fair and effective. Again I’m sorry to hear you feel you’ve had a less than excellent experience at my clinic, as I hold myself and my staff to an extremely high standard of care.
