Sharmin is heaven sent! She is one of the first health care providers Ive ever met that truly listened to my concerns and went the extra mile to always be there and assist me! Shes made me feel comfortable, heard, and honestly cared for. Whether its in person visits or virtual visits she has the most AMAZING, CARING, bedside manner!! Shes truly the needle in the haystack.

This is the most unorganized doctor's office I have ever worked with. They don't seem to care much about their patients. I was referred to this doctor by a friend. On the way to the appointment, I got lost. They told me that because I would have been 14 minutes late, I would need to reschedule. I then received an email that I was a no-show and a copy of their no-show policy. I went ahead and rescheduled for 1 week later. On the day of my appointment, I received a call 3 hours before my appointment and was told that the doctor refused to see me because of the issue I was going in to see her for. If you are smart, you will research a little more to find a doctor and facility that cares about their patients. They had 1 full week to contact me and waited 3 hours before my appointment to call and let me know that the doctor refused to see me.

Been going to all kinds of different clinics in relation to my health around Richmond and Katy but Sharmin Saeed Ali is my go to person. She answers every question I have with detail in ways I can understand and so far shes been pretty spot on with all my diagnosis.

Sharmin is AMAZING!! I was in such terrible shape when I started seeing her a year and a half ago and today I am a new, healthier, happier person. She is attentive, listens, and actually remembers who you are and what you discussed at your last visit even when it was over 6 months prior. I recommend my family, friends and colleagues to see her if they want great lasting health care. Thank you Sharmin for everything you have done for me, it's nice to finally have a GREAT doctor!

Visited Dr Ali last year. The PCP group initially told they are in network but now sending bill as out of network. Complained to management, was told that I would not have to pay, but still issue is outstanding after 8+ months. I am still talking to debt collectors every month. Also Dr. Ali goes by book and not much professional experience. Very poor service and experience. Would not recommend at all.
