I have been very frustrated the way most insurance companies treat even their best customers like complete morons. They treat you with disrespect and expect you to "grin and bare it" So it was a very pleasant surprise to discuss the importance of being treated like an important client on the first call to State Farm. Vahn Doctolero did a fantastic job of selling me on changing to State Farm. I spent my entire career managing salespeople.
