        Update~ Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers reached out to me after seeing my review. The manager has apologized and steps have been taken so that the same problem does not happen again. They are sending a coupon for our next visit! It's nice to know that Freddy's cares about their customers! Truly appreciate the timely response from the company! Looking forward to our next visit. We ordered 2 of the turtle signature sundaes and dined inside. The ice cream was already melted when it was served to us. Disappointed !

        I have lived near this Freddys for the longest but finally decided to go & Im so glad I did! I got the veggie burger and it was delicious! The fries were almost like thin shoestring fries, while good, it was bothersome trying to grab them. I got the chocolate brownie sundae & was a big disappointed it was not super delicious since thats what they market themselves on. The atmosphere was very relaxed and gave me vibes of Five Guys. Ill definitely be going back to try different things and Ill keep you all posted!
