Excellent service my wife received while were visiting Houston from Dr Zaheer Syed and the nurse Celeste when she became seriously unwell - both were very proffessional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Thank you!

Very nice and friendly staff. Went there when it wasnt as busy and got all fixed up and left within an hour. Highly recommend.

My experience here was by far the best I've experienced in any hospital setting. Every staff member here was extremely kind. Even offered me food while I stayed overnight. The doctor and nurses were very knowledgeable. There was virtually no wait time. Very compassionate. The list goes on. I'd highly recommend coming here for your urgent care needs. Any negative reviews here are false in my opinion. Best experience ever

I am shocked by these wonderful reviews. My experience was less than good aside from the nurse, he was extremely nice. Upon arrival, the front desk employee was extremely unwelcoming and made snarky remarks about how its not her job to know. I arrived in complete calmness and kind regarding my concern for coming. She really set a bad tone from the start. I was also told that the initial discussion with the doctor would be free to discuss what is wrong, then I would be given the up front cost to decide if I wanted to move forward. I thought that was fair. For a scan of my leg to see if I may have a blood clot or any other issue causing so much pain, I was told Id need to pay $1,100 right then and there. I laughed. Really? Without this payment, unwilling to work with a payment plan, they would not provide the care. So I decided to leave and find a better place that cared about treating me rather than collecting money as the main concern. The front desk person also stated that she was going to have me sign a refusal for care document. Well I guess when she left to go get this form, although I was refusing paying you front and not care, she never came back. When I decided to leave myself, she was just walking around the halls. No acknowledgement of how she didnt return. Weird. I do not recommend coming here if in a real emergency and do not have health insurance. This was truly an inconvenience.
