Baladez Construction just completed our room addition. From engineering design, procurement and construction, each stage they communicated with me to make sure all the details were met my satisfaction. Both engineering and construction teams have extensive experience and strong technical skills. Most of all, they have good customer service, they are always willing to discuss and explain the details. I recommend this company for any small or big house construction projects.

Daniel at BCI General Contractors Design Build went the extra mile to complete our new gorgeous patio cover. From the initial architecture concept, engineering, working with the HOA ARC committee and receiving our blessing, BCI handled it all. Daniel provided a detailed itemized estimate reflecting the architecture and engineering construction documents. BCI took care of everything in between transferring paper construction documents to a full blown construction making our patio cover a reality. Although we all know construction can be a process. BCI General Contractors Design Build went the extra mile to assure all concerns and delays were handled to my satisfaction. Our New Custom Patio Cover looks amazing. Thank you Daniel!

Great quality work and Great customer service. Baladez Construction took care of me and went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied. The Owner Mr. Daniel even went out of his way to help me get a supplement on our insurance claim for the roof. Definitely helped and ensured that i got the right amount of money from my insurance. I would not trust anyone else for the simple fact that Mr. daniel was very patient and walked us through what was a difficult process. He Offered very reasonable pricing and what is best, he provided great quality work. My house was left clean as it was when they started. I love people who take pride in their work. Do yourself a favor if you are reading this and save yourselves headaches. Mr. Daniel with BCI will take care of all your needs. This was just the roof aspect, But will definitely be reaching out soon to begin my home renovation this coming year. Thank You BCI!!
