I wish theyd listen to my order when I say light ice, they pore the whole ice tank in my drink. Or when it says extra strawberry base instead I taste all water and no base

I come to this Starbucks frequently on business with my husband when we travel from our home in Austin. Ive always had a good experience at this location until this evening. If you review the camera footage there were 4 people in the lobby until closing. I was leaving a voicemail for a client and a shift lead named Alex came And told only me to get out of the store its a safety concern. I come to Starbucks daily and have never had an issue with any staff and become known at locations i go to frequently. I gave Alex a thumbs up to let her know I heard her since I was leaving a Recorded voicemail and she kept elevating her voice, and did not approach any other person in the restaurant. My husband and I run a multiple six Figure business and I have never had a disagreement with any employee in any establishment in the food/beverage/hospitality industry. When I told her again its no problem Im packing my things she continued to talk down to me like I was a child. I then proceeded to ask her why shes yelling at me and if it was race related because I could not believe that she spoke to me that way. Once I packed my belongings I asked one of the baristas for the store managers number and she informed me they were near the register. I asked the name of the lady and they told me she is a shift lead and her name is Alex. If that is not her name this occurred on 6/28 @9pm and she was the attending shift lead wearing pajama pants. -Jasmine botley
