Cool River Car Wash

Today early afternoon the dude directing the car into the wash was terrible, trash, Im talking about straight garage, all he did was tell me to enter the car wash , lol, he wasnt even paying attention to what direction the wheel was , then all I herd was a loud almost a 2 second scrap sound which wouldnt have happened if some one was doing his job right. Also the price for the platinum package went up which now seems over priced for the service the car wash is giving us, the bumps, jumps, scraps and dummies placed to direct the lane. Services: Vacuuming, Car waxing

First and last time I am trying this place. It has no comparison to any bigger car washes like Mr Carwash. Prices are fair Wash quality was terrible The car vacs had little to no power The air compressors were also really weak Very dissatisfied, never coming again.

I ran my car through a wash. It didnt get washed properly. No worries went through it again. Request him to brush the back so it can be clean. Respond was the bat look clean but OK whatever go through again after the second time the car still not clean went in the front office waited 20 minutes Before they come to assist the SHORT stocking dude is very rude
