Wonderful service, timely, and fantastic people who know how to run a Tesla service center. My car ran over debris and caused a coolant leak, which was towed to this location. They diagnosed and waited patiently for my insurance to drag their feet for 7 days, then finished repairs in 2 days, ahead of schedule. Plus, it was lower than estimated cost. Because I do not live in Houston, they gracefully gave me an extra day to pick up my vehicle without an overnight storage fee. Awesome communication, pristine staff.
Note: Tesla service centers do not work with insurance so you as a customer have to get a reimbursement from your insurance company. Gave me a confirm demo drive appointment at 8am. Went there with family and the doors were still locked. A service advisor comes and says the showroom dont open until 10am.
Didnt expect this from Tesla. Such a waste of time!
