I use Powerscape all the time and have been happy with their services from the beginning. When they arrived recently to clean my windows, it did actually start raining during that time. I was quite worried as I thought that their work would be ruined and I would have to pay for them to come back and clean the dirty raindrops of the window again. When they has finished, I asked them what would happen should the windows look dirty again and they explained that because the windows are clean, nothing would happen. Apparently its not the rain that makes your windows look spotty, its the dirt that is already on the windows. He did say that if the windows should become spotted, they have a policy to come and re-clean free of charge. This was not even necessary as what he told me was true. The windows looked spotless! Very happy with the work of this company!
