Worst experience ever. Made a reservation Feb 17th for one way move with a 15 truck. Got called THE DAY before my move for them to tell me no truck available for me at this location. I would need to schedule for another location. First option was 40 mins away luckily they were able to find a closer location but why is it my responsibility to go to a different location? You guys should have the truck I need there for me. I gave you plenty of notice. In case you forgot U-Haul your customers are moving. Do you know how stressful that already is?? Then you want to call the day before to say we are moving it to a different location? I have movers scheduled to load that truck with my belongings 45 mins after I am due to pick it up and now its further away from me than my initial location chosen youre messing with everything I planned. Everything was supposed to run so smoothly thats why I made the reservation almost a month in advance!!! You need to plan for the reservation as well!!! DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
