Horrible experience. Im not a first time home buyer. We had confirmation for a 2pm closing days prior. The morning of closing, they decided to move out time slot up to 1pm. I emailed back informing that we would not arrive until the scheduled 2pm. We were coming from over an hour away. My realtor agent also called and stated that the closing was scheduled for 2pm. At closing, the closer was rushing and making us feel insignificant by making snide remarks about her other 2pm closing waiting because of us. Honey, we ARE the 2pm closing. We received no instructions on wiring or cashier checks until we arrived at closing. I was under the impression that they would have a wire transfer app, but they didnt. If they didnt have a transfer app, maybe send out the closing documents a few days earlier so that we can bring a cashier check. Usually, other states have to send out a HUD-1 settlement statements at least 3 days prior to closing. We did not receive this. Bad experience, horrible customer service. We had to rush and struggle last minute to find a cashier check from our bank.
