      image I Went with my son for his appointment with Renee at 12:30 we were late 7 min which I called at 12:10 let them know I am running a little late Carole said it is ok , arrived at 13:37 no Renee, 1:00 no Renee Carole said sorry she just stepped out and will be back , other couple came have 1:00 with Renee, she came 1:10 on the phone talking no worries, Carole told her you have two people waiting , she replied the I will take the 1:00 the other were late, their time is 12:00 I said no 12:30 she insisted not to take us my guess she did not like the name Aly and also I am wearing a scarf on my head (racists for sure) not recommending that office to any one that lady Renee should not be in a place like this
