        Doesnt make sense when a customer call you to ask if you make signs and you say yes to your customers and take all the information. Then 2 days later your customers calls you to check why no one got back to them and you just answer oh I was going to call you to let you know we cant do it. Why did you value your customers time? Why you say yes from the very beginning? Dont you know your products and abilities to do things?
