The Reserve at Richardson

A relative has to have food brought in because they constantly serve cold food, says the kitchen doesnt like to prepare anything other than what they serve, lied about not being able to use bath tub, but found out out that was incorrect. They do the bare minimum at this facility. The therapist is the best, and very nice and helpful.

Definitely a 5 star rating because of the care and the friendly staff. Also, a very clean and beautiful facility. I would highly recommend this nursing and rehab facility.

Thankful we have found a place like The Reserve for my mom, who has been there for 4 months now and my dad, who has just recently joined her. The place is very welcoming and well kept, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is responsive and caring to both of my parents and attentive to their specialized needs, which gives me a sense of comfort knowing theyre in a good place together and taken care of when Im not able to be there with them.
