        Terrible experience. He was kind during my evaluation with him, but when it came to dealing with payment and insurance, he was very rude and quite honestly unprofessional. He neglected to mention extra fees and threatened not to send my evaluation to my required party until he was paid, even though I had already paid him my co payment. I will never see him again and I highly suggest you find someone else to look after you because your money is more important that your health to this man.
