        Lack of communication and we all know communication is key! I can't get a response on several maintenance requests I have submitted. Assigned manager won't respond to emails in a timely manner if even at all. What are we paying Proper for??

        Overall dissatisfied. Cindy the director of community management never follows up with any issues. They manage the HOA boards poorly, especially when it comes to the guidelines of the community. The property manger picks and chooses which rules she would like enforce. Overall terrible experience. Find another company to manage your property. Very novice company in comparison to others I have worked with.

        Proper HOA is very responsive to community issues and passes on their institutional knowledge and cost efficiencies of scale to the properties they manage. They have also been great at handling those residents who don't play well with others and who won't follow community rules. I have been very satisfied with Proper HOA Management and feel like they have our community's back.
