Octopus Garden Preschool

Weve have been here for 6 years with 4 kids growing through the school and loved the teachers and administration. I appreciate their support of growing through play, but still preparing the kids for kindergarten well and building a wonderful foundation in loving to learn.

We are currently in the middle of our second week. WE LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! We recently moved and my daughter started a new daycare. She would kick and scream and I couldn't even bribe her to walk into the daycare without a fight. We decided it was best to try another daycare, even if that meant starting all over trying to get her use to a new place. I was fully prepared for her to kick and scream, BUT since day one she has walked right in without any trouble or any bribing. She waves bye to me and blows me kisses. Mrs. Janet made her feel so comfortable and caught her interest as soon as she stepped into the classroom. Everyone there have been so kind and helpful. Also, the ladies upfront have been so informative on how things work around the facility. I know this is a lengthy post, but I just want to explain how this place is getting us through all these life changes we've recently made. We're so thankful to have found it!

We have been extremely pleased with the care our child received at TOG. There is not a strict curriculum, but rather the kids learn through play. We trust that our child is well cared for. And, the food served is among the best menus in the area, with lots of variety that is not typical "kids menu" choices.We started in the infant room. We were particularly impressed by how many crafts the toddlers were doing. The school feels like a community.
