i Fratelli Pizza Richardson

Besides the great pizza and caesar salad dressing, I keep coming back to iFratelli because of the service. They still use their own delivery drivers, which is rare now. They know my name when I call in an order, delivery is fast and free, and the drivers are nice. Never had an incorrect order, but if I did, I am confident they would try to make it right. To the owners: please don't change these things and give in to the third party delivery system like everyone else has. Your employees, customer service, and consistency set you apart from the other pizza places!

I will drive from Rowlett to Richardson just for the Carne classico! It's my favorite! I wish there was an iFratelli closer to me. I would probably eat it more!

Hands down one of the best pizza place IN THE WHOLE DFW metroplex, mr gabe was super nice on the phone, and the taste man UUUUf just scarfed down a large veggie pizza and i want more. Definitely will come back. No heartburn at all. Excellent crust taste.
