I started the home buying process in March 2022 and identified a nice home in Allen, Texas. I reached out to Marvin from 360 Painting of Plano in May and sent him photos and videos of the property. I explained that I was relocating from oversees and that I too have not seen the property. Marvin made it a point to look at the property in person and provided a detailed estimate which included the scope of work and paint choices. Marvin was very responsive and kept in contact with me till my arrival in July. I experienced banking issues with having to relocate and Marvin extended courtesy and proceeded with confirming my project to start within three days of my arrival. Marvin assigned a professional, Lemont, who was punctual and professional. Lemont also provided me pointers on how to maintain a home in the states as this is my first experience with home ownership in the mainland. In all not only did Marvin and Lemont earn my business, but my TRUST. Thank you Marvin and Lemont for the most wonderful experience. I can not say enough good things about 360 Painting. Marvin is very knowledgeable. On the day our project was supposed to start, the AC died. Marvin was very patient and understanding. He checked in with me throughout the whole HVAC process (which was a complete mess) and was ready to start work as soon as everything was fixed.
