Ive been coming here for years, and have always loved the dip nail and it usually lasts 3-4 weeks. 10 days ago I got a dip nail and within a few days they started cracking. I noticed it happened the previous time before as well. Because it happened again, I went back in today to show them all the cracks, and they asked if I wanted them redone, and I said yes. Then, as I left, thinking that it would be a free redo, they charged me the full amount for a new dip nail. Dip should last well beyond 10 days and I wont be going back since they didnt fix their mistake but made me think they were redoing them for free but then charged me $50!

I wanted to give it a try last night because it is close to my house, but the lady at the front desk was very rude and kept trying to charge me for extra things even for one extra color summing up to almost $80+ for a simple set of nails and I was waiting for someone to take care of after she told me to sit but no one came and they were taking long so I just got up and left. Never coming back here i went to the other salon across the street that I always go to and paid way less for a simple set of nails

Went here for the first time tonight and asked for a simple design - they first told me it would be $30 to have tiny hearts on all my fingersthen they told me it would be $20 for 6 fingers.it was obvious they were just making up numbers on the spot. They ended up charging me $40 just for tiny hearts on each finger - absolutely insane pricing. I shouldnt have paid it but I was just ready to leave this place. I paid $95 total ($55 for the dip and $40 for the design). Do not go here if youre wanting anything more than just solid color done with your nails.

I went for a walk-in appointment to get a basic manicure. I was greeted by a friendly lady. I was seated right away but my technician did not join me until about 20 minutes later. The wait didnt seem that long because I got to pick out my color without rush and the staff kept checking in and reassuring that they didnt forget about me. The job was done well and my requests were honored. The service cost me $18 not including tip. Update: the nail polish chipped 3 days after it was done
