AMSW Lending

I have been receiving numerous spam mails lately on behalf of this Lender - AMSW. These mails come from various sources but share common information such as my address, loan amount, and loan details. Surprisingly, some of them appear to be quite legitimate. A few mails claimed that the loan had been transferred to Fannie Mae or some other financial accounts and required immediate attention to provide my bank details. Since I had not received any notifications regarding a loan transfer via email or mail, I decided to investigate further. Now, I am unsure which one is the correct information and whom to trust. I am curious to know how my personal details were breached.

The level of professionalism this company shows is exemplary. The kindness and compassion Billy and Patrick have shown me already in the early stages of my loan process has gone above and beyond any expectation or hope I could have possibly had. Where do I really start with this company, first their communication is just as bad as TERRIBLE, I had no intention of using this company for my mortgage until my greedy realtor said to use them, the people who work here either just do whatever or choose to, I got a call from some PHL that my loan was sold to them I was confused as AMSW did not send me any notice or email or communicate with me about selling my loan Ive just closed and not even made a SINGLE payment ! This company is at the bottom of all bottom mortgage companies I had a bad feeling about them from onset and from all the reviews but my realtor is as good as useless. Just RUN from this company theyre not worth it ! Do a sprint! RUN from them theyre not straightforward people.

Talked to Kristi in August and was pre-approved for a loan and told her that I wanted to be locked in for 90 days at the he current interest of 4%. Fast-forward to October she calls and acts like she has no clue of what im talking about and telling me now the current rates are at 7% and there is nothing she can do. After selling my current home...
