Kendall really went above and beyond to make our first home buying process as seamless as possible. He took time to explain different jargon to us. He did his homework and made sure we were getting our house for the right price. Kendall was always available to take a phone calls and put our minds at ease when things seemed a bit overwhelming. I highly recommend Kendall for your new home purchase. Kendall is VERY responsive, usually answering the phone immediately or, at a minimum, within a couple hours. He makes multiple home visits with you and acts as your representative at all times. He was very helpful in the offer phase through and through the inspection and repair phases. In addition to his help buying a house, he is equally adept at helping you get your old house sold with a great list of contractors ready to do your make ready. Kendall is a just Great resource. I highly recommend.
