UnbelievaBOWL! Asian Grill in Richardson

Order from a kiosk and they ask for a tip? Tables and sauce bottles are filthy dirty. Posters on windows show big very full bowls of food. Reality is you get about a half full bowl. Mixed vegetables are thinly sliced baggage with a little bit of shredded carrot mixed in. Dome edges of the cabbage is burned like they just heat it in an oven. Fountain drinks are out of selections and set to mix tea so much light. This place only cares about maximizing it's profits and doesn't care at all about food quality or customer experience. Clean you restaurant please.

The bbq fried rice had soo much sauce it was kinda nasty. The bibimbap was good. There was a panhandler outside harassing people for money who maybe should be asked to be further from the entrance? The restaurant also gave us the wrong kind of sauce which we paid 25c each for. So I most likely wouldnt go back and would try another place next time instead since theres so many options out there.

The food is amazing. The staff is friendly. I definitely recommend. The curry bowl and gyoza was delicious!!! This is one of my new favorite places.
