Arlington campus lacks knowledge and sensitivity highly unprofessional and unethical practices i just withdrew my boys after a year of madness .They abuse kids and dont care to help them and lack knowledge on special needs children!!!Dont send your kids here

I compelled to give only one star due to their lack of communication. Good luck getting through to anyone at the Corporate Headquarters. If you are lucky enough to get the unprofessional receptionist to answer they sound like they are on speaker phone and are extremely difficult to hear. Im also always a bit surprised how unprofessional the school personnel sound as well when I do actually get someone on phone. Side note: This is not only a reflection of ILTexas school its many places as a whole. However, since this is an educational institution, (me personally), I would want the people that represent this organization to sound at least professional. I would certainly require them to respond promptly to questions and concerns. I have emailed many times and left several messages, and no one EVER responds. From the ILTexas Website to the teaching processes, I think ILTexas should consider hiring an efficiency expert, as I am confident, they will discover many easily fixable deficiencies that would help them improve.
