Cerveceria El Rancho

This place has already gone down a lot in customer service compared to when they opened it. I used to go there a lot but lately it's been too bad. Last week we bought two plates of food and when we got home, when we uncovered it, it came spoiled and smelled bad. My wife told me that I was going to return it but the truth is I felt like I didn't want to be embarrassed and we preferred to throw it away but we didn't buy there again nor do I plan to but today I went to buy an order of rice just because I thought that rice doesn't easily go bad But I was surprised, I asked for an order, they charged me 1.89 dollars, it was 10 minutes late for them to give it to me, the rice came in parts cold and parts hot, and I made stiff balls and the worst part was not that, they served me ladlefuls of less than half of the order. container and I told them that is an order and the two girls laughed and told me yes, the truth is just because I needed it so much that in the end I ended up throwing it away. I will never return to that place for food that place needs to change staff and manager apparently All the comments are bad, the owners should take action on that.

I'm not one to complain, but this place disappointed me today, I was very happy to buy 15 scrambled pupusas from To-Go and it turns out that when I got home I was happy because I was going to eat pupusas but it turns out that they came out without flavor, without salt, my husband He is from Mexico and even though he doesn't know the real Salvadoran pupusas, he told me that this time they were the worst pupusas he has ever tried. Because he loves and enjoys eating pupusas.. In the place where we live there are no pupuserias and every time we came to Richardson we went to this place and bought 15 to 20 or 25 pupusas and we loved the pupusas at this place, I don't know if Today they changed staff but the pupusas are not the same as they were at the beginning and my sister bought pupusas a few days ago and says that they came out burnt. We were disappointed with this place today.
