Stay away - this place is terrible. They can't figure out how to correct a birthdate to get a pre-authorization done. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

TERRIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE. The business model of these scam artists is to see as many people as possible. Quantity over quality. I just saw my psychiatrist in a televisit that lasted LITERALLY ten seconds. Maybe less honestly. Ive been trying to get my very necessary medication for 14 days, jumping through hoops and dealing with the AWFUL gatekeeping receptionists, rescheduling a confirmed appointment THREE times, treating me like cattle and just passing me along to the next lady who has no answers, all so doctor can say meds are good? Good see you in a month (verbatim that was my visit). Now, a day after the appointment, I HAVE NO MEDS. They wont fill my prescription until tonight. Ive now gone two weeks without my meds because of the ineptitude and cruelty of this staff. May their lives be full of the suffering they cruelly dispense.

So, ugh...I cannot tell you how highly disappointed I am in the medical field period. I am not understanding what these people's problem is and why you would take people's insurance money and do absolutely nothing to earn it. They prey on people who have limited places to go and we get nothing in return. I cannot do this anymore! I was trying to leave Metrocare to come here while hoping for a different, better experience, but I have received worse! I am in awe...worse than Metrocare?! Wow! People have the same exact reviews and instead of these people firing these awful people, they just keep filtering you into the same people who are messing up...what sense does that make?!

It I could give a zero I would worst place to work with on hold for hours just to never talk to dr and there always late when the do the zoom calls worst office ever looking for new one.

Horrible service, never call when my appointment is scheduled, tells me the people in the office are a priority over my online appt! never go here ever!
