This company is incredibly difficult to deal with - one employee will tell you one thing and the home office says that's not their policy. This young girl they have on the phones is a real little smartmouth. She definitely shouldn't be working with the public.

It takes weeks to receive orders I have made and it is impossible to reach a person to talk to. It is the most unsatisfactory business I have dealt with for my supplies. The phone numbers are not helpful. I can't give them even one star

My husband is an oxygen patient on high flow oxygen. SPC Home Medical has terrible customer service and subpar equipment. They refuse to change out his concentrator, saying they are all loud. We have one now that is so loud you can hear it from any room in our large house. It is old and has cracks in it and heats up. They REFUSE to switch it out. That are a horrible company and I would never think of recommending them to anyone.

If you are looking for a competent company to buy medical supplies from this will not be the right company for you. I could do a full page on their incompetence but why bother. They don't care. Got a call and a message from someone there yesterday. She left her phone number and extension. I called it today to get back to her. The automated phone says that is not a valid extension-the same extension she left for me. EVEN THE EXTENSIONS THAT THEIR AUTOMATED MESSAGE GIVE YOU WILL NOT WORK. IT SAYS TO CHOOSE ZERO FOR OTHER QUESTIONS. IF YOU CHOOSE ZERO YOU WILL GET A MESSAGE SAYING IT IS NOT A VALID OPTIONS. IS SPC ACTUALLY AN INSANE ASYLUM?
