My mother was on continuous oxygen for the last two years. I had used SPC for her oxygen needs. I found the team to be available, proactive, and engaged with my moms care. The team even called me regularly to give me the updates I wanted. They always went the extra mile. They worked with me, my mothers facilitys care team, and her doctors to ensure she had the required care and supplies. They even found ways and worked with my /my mothers schedule to accommodate all our needs. I cant say enough great things about a SPC. They support/service I received was exemplary. Shout out to S and B for always providing great service!

Provided the wrong replacement tube, wouldn't provide an exchange for the unused mask THAT HADN'T EVEN LEFT THEIR FACILITY. And when I told them I wouldn't be using my insurance, they said I could pay cash, which I did. Only to receive a bill from my insurance company a month later for the amount that I had paid them in cash. Not only that, but the lady that did my CPAP fitting seemed very annoyed and like she was doing me a favor. She then fitted me for the nasal pillows and said I was a large, but they were out of them, so mediums would have to do... "They should be ok..."
