        I've previously not had any issues with this clinic/location, but ever since the switchover to Innovista from Sanitas - no one answers the phone. And it says in the automated message to log into my chart and message people there - but you have to have a registration code, which you can only get from talking to a person - but no one answers the phone. I tried 3 different days last week and again today, and still no one answers the phone. If you sit on hold long enough, the automated system eventually tells you a rep will contact you when one becomes available, yet I have not heard back once. I like my doctor at this clinic/location compared to another one I used last year, and the staff at this location are very polite and professional. I had no problems with contact when it was Sanitas so this is extremely disappointing that now I can't even get through on the phone.
