I guess I'm not the only one that thinks the customer service in the claims is trash. As a black woman who has been working in the same industry for years this company is absolutely unprofessional. As a black woman it is highly offensive for your claims manager to call me ghetto during a professional phone call. Everyone should question the integrity of this company. I question now the way this company treats people from different cultures. I will be filing a complaint and continue to blast this company.

Professionalism is not a core value of 21st Century General Agency. Their customer service is not aware of the reply function of their email or simply ignore their unread mail. You constantly have to call the adjusters and leave voicemail after voicemail just to get generic response. Calls are not returned when they say they are.
