EMC Insurance Companies

This is a horrible place to work or use for business. They discriminate over disabilities and are so unprofessional

This is what is wrong with the world. Good companies and good people pay this company for insurance. My guess is that these folks use a discount insurance company because it is what they can afford. In my case Atwood's in Paris TX uses them, and Atwood's was one of my favorite stores and I have spent thousands of dollars with them. Unfortunately they use EMC insurance and I had to file a small claim for damages to my vehicle caused by their negligence. Wonderful and polite Anthony in the Dallas office acted EXACTLY as every other person mentioned in these reviews. He was rude, over spoke me the entire conversation. He states that he has been ripping good citizens off for 15 years and even though the manager at the store apologized and claimed responsibility at the time of the incident, according to insurance claims rules the store and their insurance is not liable. Sorry Atwood's that I can't shop there anymore and someone should go after the jerks at EMC. Maybe that is me.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was backed into by one of their insured and had to repeatedly call the claim adjuster to get him to even talk to me &, once he did he took my statement, stopped the official recording then immediately said they were denying coverage and closing the case. This without ANY due diligence of calling the witness or requesting the video footage from the store-NOTHING. We were in shock at how rude & unprofessional he was & he hung up on us. I had to file with my insurance and my claims adjuster said he (Greg) was the rudest/least helpful adjuster she had ever had to work with...I hope no one else ever has to work with this terrible company. I wish I could negative rating.
